Return & Refund Policy – Brush & Bond
At Brush & Bond, all our products are made to order and fully personalized, which means we only accept returns or offer replacements in cases where the product arrives damaged or defective.
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at info@brushandbond.com with photos of the damaged item and packaging. We'll assess the issue and offer either a replacement or a refund, depending on the case.
Due to the personalized nature of our products:

We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for any other reason (e.g., change of mind, incorrect photo uploaded, or unexpected result).

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the correct image is uploaded and any customization details are accurate before placing the order.
Cancellations

We accept same-day cancellations only, as orders are processed quickly.

A $4.97 cancellation fee applies to cover administrative costs.

No cancellations will be accepted once the item has entered production.
Damaged or Wrong Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately at info@brushandbond.com if:

Your item is damaged

You received the wrong product
We’ll make it right by either reshipping the correct item or issuing a refund.
Please note that in the case of a refund, the product must first be returned to us. Once we receive the returned item, we will proceed with the refund to your original payment method.
Refunds
If your return request is approved due to a damaged or defective item:

In the case of a replacement request, no return is required.

In the case of a full refund request, the product must first be returned to us. Once we receive the returned item, we will process the full refund to your original payment method.
We’ll notify you once your refund has been issued. Refunds are typically processed within 10 business days. Please note it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund.
